Warranty Information: 

Some Bravo and TOURO luggage collections are covered by our exclusive ULTIMATE Warranty that includes common carrier damage for a specific time period and some offer the Limited Warranty that covers defects only.

Limited Standard Warranty

    Bravo/Touro Luggage warrants each of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If found defective, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar product if applicable.

    This warranty is only applicable when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product is designed, and does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or negligence. Also, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or lost or stolen bags or forgotten combinations of locks. In the event of damage caused by a public carrier (i.e. airline, train, cruise, etc.), it is the responsibility of the user to file a claim with the carrier concerned at the time of damage. Original proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

     

    ULTIMATE Warranty

    Bravo/Touro Luggage Warrants collections under the ULTIMATE Warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship as well as damage caused by common carrier for the time period stated for that specific Bravo/Touro collection.

    This warranty is only applicable when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product is designed, and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or negligence. Also, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, lost or stolen bags or its contents. In the event of damage caused by a public carrier (i.e. airline, train, cruise, etc.), Bravo Luggage will repair or replace the bag at its discretion for the period of the ULTIMATE Warranty level for that collection. Original proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
